We want you to love your FingerGuides™ kit. If for any reason you don’t, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Kits must be unused and in original condition.
  • Stickers should remain intact and not applied.
  • Finger sleeves must be unworn (for hygiene reasons).
  • Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

If the item arrived defective or we made an error, we’ll cover return shipping (we may request a quick photo for quality control).

How do I start a return?
Use the Start a Return button above — it pre-fills an email with your Order # and details. We’ll reply with the return address and simple instructions.
Can I return if sleeves were tried on?
For hygiene reasons sleeves must be unworn. If the package is opened but unused with stickers intact, we can still help — message us and we’ll review.
Who pays return shipping?
If it’s our mistake or the item arrived defective, we cover it. Change of mind: the customer covers return shipping.
When do I get my refund?
Once your kit arrives and passes inspection, refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days.
