🏫 Schools & Bulk Orders

We support POs, tax-exempt purchases, and card checkout. We’re happy to provide a quote or W-9 on request.

  • Payment methods: Purchase Order (Net terms), credit/debit card.
  • Tax-exempt: Email your certificate with your PO or quote request.
  • Fulfillment: Typical handling is 1–2 business days; bulk timelines confirmed by quantity.

We want you to love your FingerGuides™ kit. If you don’t, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Kits must be unused and in original condition.
  • Stickers should remain intact and not applied.
  • Finger sleeves must be unworn (for hygiene reasons).
  • Start within 30 days of delivery.

Start a return (prefilled email)

We’ll reply with the return address and simple instructions. Refunds go back to your original payment method (allow 5–7 business days after we receive your kit).

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Nashua, NH. You’ll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships.

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days after payment.
  • U.S. shipping included in listed prices unless otherwise noted.
  • Carriers: USPS or UPS. Labels are purchased via Pirate Ship; tracking numbers are provided for every shipment.
  • Tracking emails: Sent by FingerGuides or Pirate Ship (depending on the order). If you didn’t receive one, check spam or contact support.
  • Delivery estimates: Continental U.S. typically 3–7 business days after shipment (holidays/weather can add time).
  • Wrong / incomplete address: we can reship after correction (additional postage may apply).
  • Lost / damaged: email your order # and any photos — we’ll help file a claim and make it right.

  • We collect your name, email, shipping address, order info, and messages you send us. We also use basic cookies/analytics for site performance.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
  • We use your info to fulfill orders, support returns/exchanges, improve the site, and send service messages (order and shipping updates). You can unsubscribe from non-essential updates anytime.
  • Sharing only with necessary service providers (payments, shipping, email) or if required by law. We do not sell personal data.
  • Retention of order/support records for accounting/tax/warranty; then we delete or anonymize.
  • Your rights (where applicable): access, correct, or delete. Contact support@fingerguides.com.
  • Children: site not directed to children under 13; we don’t knowingly collect from children.

  • Intellectual property: all content, logos, and product designs are owned by FingerGuides LLC.
  • Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent allowed, FingerGuides LLC is not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages; total liability limited to the amount paid.
  • Warranty: if your kit arrives defective or incorrect, contact support within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
  • Governing law: New Hampshire & applicable U.S. federal law.
